Return Procedure

Returns are easy, and for most returns there's no need to contact us.

If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of your merchandise. Our return policy is hassle-free: all you need to do is to simply go to groomersdayout.com, login to your account or create one, then click on Return Request located at the bottom or righthand side of all pages, fill out the information we request, print out the form and ship the product with the RMA Return form you just printed out or add the original invoice to the package (put inside the package) and ship back to us at:

Please note:  Invoice or packing slip MUST be included with return merchandise or your return may be rejected.

You are responsible for the shipping fees when you return for replacement or exchange. Original shipping and handling charges and/or return shipping are not refundable. All refunds will be made to the person / credit card that made the original purchase.

We do not accept returns on CDs, DVDs or VHS. We also do not accept returns on apparel sizes XXS, 5XL, 6XL, 7XL or 8XL.

Items are deemed non-returnable if they are or have been...

  •   We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
  •   Worn, laundered or dry cleaned.
  •   Custom modified or manufactured per your special instructions when ordering.
  •   Screen printed or embroidered.
  •   CDs, DVDs or VHS
  •   Apparel sizes XXS, 5XL up to 8XL cannot be returned for they are custom made.
